        Conditions:

1. Breeder guarantees that the above 
   puppy/dog is a purebred Dachshund with A.K.C. registered parents.
2. Breeder guarantees that this puppy/dog
   is in good health at the time of purchase
   and that all required – age appropriate
   - immunizations have been given to the
   puppy/dog. 
   (See attached State of Florida Health Certificate)
3. Buyer guarantees to offer first right of 
   refusal to Breeder if the Buyer decides
   to no longer keep the dog and must contact
   the breeder prior to selling, surrendering,   
   gifting or transferring ownership of the 
   puppy/dog purchased.
4. Buyer assumes full responsibility for the
   health, temperament and behavior of puppy
   acknowledging that proper training is 
   needed.
